African Independent Brokers, based in our Springs offices in Gauteng Province, have an opening for a Trainee People Specialist to work on-site at our offices in Springs. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager: HR.

Purpose Of The Role
Provide support to the HR Department across key areas including administration, on-boarding, recruitment, employee engagement, and retention.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Minimum of Matric
- Human Resources- relevant HR Diploma/BCom degree is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an HR environment
- Good communication skills
- In line with the company Employment Equity Plan, preference will be given to EE candidates.
