Main duties of the job

The Medical Director is the senior clinical leader within Badger Healthcare Group, accountable for the delivery of excellence in clinical quality, safety and governance across all services. The role provides both strategic and operational clinical leadership to ensure the organisation consistently delivers safe, high-quality, patient-centred care in line with its social enterprise values, statutory and contractual responsibilities, and local and national priorities. As a core member of the executive team, the post holder brings strong clinical leadership to digital transformation, innovation, business growth and service diversification, ensuring clinical priorities are central to organisational strategy and delivery. The Medical Director leads the organisations approach to clinical risk management and continuous improvement, while building influential relationships across health, care and Voluntary, Community, Faith.
