Remote (UK)

Future-proof your career with an award-winning AI consultancy. The Salesforce ecosystem is shifting. This is your chance to position your career at the forefront of where the market is going: AI and Agentforce solutions.

We are partnering with a fast-growing Salesforce partner that has locked down the number one Agentforce partner spot in EMEA within just two years. They have active UK clients, massive European traction, and multiple partner awards to back it all up.

This is not a business or role for a passenger. They need a closer to take the existing momentum and turn it into consistent, scalable revenue, in the UK and beyond.

A fully remote role, with client meeting commitments in London, your team are exactly the type of people you want in your corner- trustworthy, senior, helpful, and driven by purpose instead of ego.

What is in it for you?

  • Clear Financial Upside: Base salary with a generous uncapped commission structure
  • Future-Proof Expertise: You will actively sell AI and Agentforce-led solutions, giving you a major competitive edge and exposure to where the tech landscape is heading.
  • True Autonomy: This is a remote-first role anywhere in the UK. You manage your day, your pipeline, and your strategy.
  • Work-Life Trust: An unlimited leave policy built on accountability. If your commitments are met and your pipeline is healthy, you take the time you need.
  • Global Alignment: An annual company summit in Europe to connect, collaborate, and reset with the wider team.

The Reality of the Role

This is an end-to-end sales position. You will not be waiting around for qualified leads to drop into your lap or for deals to close themselves. You take ownership of the full cycle, shaping opportunities and confidently driving deals over the line.

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Managing the full pipeline, from early conversations through to final negotiation and close.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with Salesforce Account Executives to identify and drive joint opportunities.
  • Collaborating with internal delivery and leadership teams to scope, price, and position services effectively.
  • Balancing customer needs with commercial outcomes, ensuring deals are both valuable to the client and viable for the business.
  • Identifying organic expansion and revenue opportunities within existing accounts.

Who You Are

We need someone who understands the nuances of professional services sales and already knows how the Salesforce network operates.

To be considered for this role, you must bring:

  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience specifically within a services or consultancy environment.
  • A proven track record of closing deals in the EBU and CBU space in the Salesforce ecosystem, or enterprise and mid-market services space.
  • Direct experience within the Salesforce ecosystem. You must know how to navigate the ecosystem and work alongside them.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Strong commercial awareness. You understand pricing, margins, and deal viability, and you know how to ask for the close naturally.

If you are looking for a standard quota-carrying role with rigid corporate structures, this is not it. If you want to take ownership of a market and help shape a growing business, apply today.
