Badgemore Park Golf & Country Club is recruiting a Sous Chef to join our professional kitchen team. Located just outside Henley-on-Thames, we offer a varied and rewarding role covering casual dining, weddings, and events.
Job Description
- Assist the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
- Prepare, cook, and plate food to a high standard
- Support service across casual dining and event functions
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organisation
- Assist with prep, stock rotation, and smooth kitchen service
Requirements
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen (Sous Chef or Chef de Partie experience preferred)
- Passion for food and willingness to learn
- Reliable, hardworking, and team-focused
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends
