Then read on. We are looking for a Bingo Field Service Engineer to cover our clubs in North/East London, Essex and surrounding areas. You will play a key role in managing the delivery of our Bingo and IT proposition to improve the customer experience and drive business performance, maximising profit through continuous improvement.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  1. Installation and Setup: Install, configure, and set up IT hardware and slot machines according to manufacturer specifications and regulatory requirements.
  2. Maintenance and Repair: Conduct routine maintenance checks, diagnose malfunctions, and perform necessary repairs to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  3. Troubleshooting: Utilise diagnostic tools and technical manuals to identify and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and peripheral components of IT hardware and slot machines.
  4. Customer Support: Respond promptly to service incidents and inquiries from club staff, providing technical assistance, guidance, and training as needed.
  5. Preventive Maintenance: Implement preventive maintenance schedules to proactively address potential issues and prolong the lifespan of our IT hardware and slot machines.
  6. Compliance and Regulations: Ensure adherence to gaming regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices in all service and maintenance activities.
  7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and inventory management to facilitate tracking and analysis.
  8. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest advancements, features, and technologies in IT hardware and slot machines systems to enhance troubleshooting capabilities and service quality.
  9. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including IT support, central engineering, and the IT service desk, to resolve complex issues and improve overall service delivery.
  10. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with club colleagues, managers, and regional management by delivering reliable service, demonstrating professionalism, and fostering trust.
  11. Health & Safety: Ensure adherence to company Health & Safety policies.

You will aim to achieve:

  1. Delivery of the KPI’s set by the IT/Field management teams.
  2. Incident resolution in line with department SLA’s.
  3. Exceptional standards are kept within the club arcades during installations, removals, and maintenance.
