- Present BTC's services, process, and fee structure with confidence
- Negotiate retainer terms within firm-approved guardrails and close engagement letters
- Pipeline Management

- Provide weekly updates on activity, conversion, and forecasted closes

- 3+ years of experience in consultative B2B sales, with a track record of closing high-ticket engagements ($10K+ deal sizes)
- Experience selling to executives, business owners, founders, or fund managers
- Sophisticated written and verbal communication — you can hold your own with a CEO, CFO, or fund manager on a discovery call
- Self-directed, organized, and metrics-driven
- Comfortable working a 100% commission compensation structure
- Strongly Preferred
- Background in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, M&A advisory, commercial banking, or wealth management
