Bactery, based near Bristol, is building one of the world’s most energy-efficient embedded platforms powered by soil bacteria. We’re seeking an Embedded Systems Engineer to design ultra-low-power hardware and firmware that can operate autonomously in remote environments.

You’ll own the embedded architecture across electronics, firmware, energy harvesting and wireless connectivity, taking concepts through prototyping, validation and production while balancing performance, reliability and cost.
