The school is seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to work alongside the SENDCo and join our ambitious and inclusive learning development department. The successful applicant will provide a high‑quality service to the students, who need support within the classroom. You will contribute to an inclusive and supportive learning environment and carry out pre‑planned intervention activities to support the development of students under the direction and guidance of the SENDCo.

This role calls for an individual who is able to inspire, challenge and motivate our students. You must be enthusiastic, flexible and highly organised, with a desire to see SEND continue to flourish and to become a valued member of Bacon’s College.
