The Exams Officer will work under senior staff to improve and ensure the smooth running of exams at Bacon's College.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth running of in‑person and online exams.
  • Manage the collection, distribution and record‑keeping of students' exam certificates.
  • Log and use ARBOR (MIS) to arrange room bookings and double‑check re‑roomings for exams.
  • Create exam schedules for internal and external exams.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a school or office environment.
  • Understanding of statutory requirements for exams.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other IT software; able to undertake a range of administrative tasks.
