We are looking to appoint a Behaviour Support Room (BSR) Lead to join Backwell School from the 3 September 2026 on a full time, permanent basis. This role is crucial in the leadership and management of student behaviour in the school.
Working as part of the SEN team, the post holder will:
- Plan and coordinate the work within the Behaviour Support Room
- Proactively challenge student’s behaviour
- Provide a calm and purposeful learning environment within the BSR
