Backline Logistics Plymouth is seeking HGV Class 2 / Category C Dustcart Drivers for an immediate start for an environmental services company in Tavistock, Devon. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Category C / Class 2 licence, CPC, and digital tachograph card. Newly qualified drivers are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
Main duties include:
- Driving rear-end loaders
- Assisting with loading recycling bins when required
- Driving Romaquip Recycling vehicles
Usual shifts are Monday to Friday, starting from 06:30 am until finish. You will be paid for a minimum of 9 hours per day, starting at £ per hour PAYE.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- You must hold a full UK Class 2 / Category C Licence with a maximum of 6 penalty points.
- You must hold a current and valid CPC and digital tachograph card.
- Possess a broad knowledge of driving rules and regulations.
- Be clean and professional at all times.
- Possess good written and spoken communication skills.
