Your responsibilities as an HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver:
- Delivering and collecting products from customers, loading and unloading using the lorry-mounted crane.
- Maintaining excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
- Ensuring your vehicle is clean and the paperwork is completed.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and ensure compliance with all transport legislation.
- Demonstrating strong knowledge of the Dorset area and road network.
What we’re looking for:
- Valid Category C / Class 2 Driving Licence.
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Clean driving record (no more than 6 points, no DD/DR in the last 5 years).
- Minimum 2 years' HGV Class 2 driving experience.
- Experience using HIAB cranes.
- Authorised to work in the UK.
- Flexible attitude.
- Own transportation (public transport may not be reliable).
What we offer:
- Fixed Schedule: Day shifts – Mondays to Thursdays 06:00 – 14:30, Fridays 06:00 – 13:30 with some flexibility required as you may be asked to start earlier. Minimum 39 hours/week.
- Competitive Salary: £18.66/hour PAYE with overtime paid at enhanced rates.
