We have a position become available for a yard operative / relief 3.5T van driver – Starting in mid June. This is a temp to perm role. The role is primarily yard orientated; however, yard staff all have hybrid roles and are required to drive the vans to cover holidays / sickness etc. A telehandler license would be an advantage, although we can provide training if necessary. Lifting required so physical fitness is required. Monday to Friday 07.30-17.00. Wage on application dependant on experience.
Requirements
- Valid Class B (van) Driving Licence
- Telehandler licence an advantage
- Less than 6 points
- Strong understanding of commercial driving regulations and safety practices
- Some lifting required associated with yard work and loading vehicles
- Good knowledge of UK road networks
