Description
Backline logistics are looking for HGV Class 2 HIAB / Category C drivers to work in Plymouth and surrounding areas. You will be working for a variety of clients delivering a range of materials including: building, plumbing, stone and industrial materials, using various lifting attachments to ensure safe and secure offloading of the materials to residential and commercial sites.
Previous HIAB experience is essential , If you have an expired HIAB certificate with previous experience we can offer you a refresher course.
Usual working hours are Monday to Friday starting from 07:00am onwards . You will be paid for a minimum of 8 hours per day with an enhanced rate after this time, at 15.50 per hour PAYE. Full-time, Part-time and ad-hoc hours are available.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- You must hold a full UK Class 2 / Category C License with a maximum of 6 penalty points.
- You must hold a current and valid CPC and digital tachograph card.
- Hold a current or lapsed HIAB ticket (issued by an accredited training provider such as ALMI, AITT or NPORS)
