We are hiring Class 2 drivers. Backline is expanding, and we are looking for experienced and reliable Class 2 (Category C) drivers to join our growing team. Whether you are looking for full-time, part-time, or flexible shifts, we have something for you.

We have work in various locations including Exeter, Cullompton, Okehampton, Crediton, Honiton and more. Guaranteed weekly salary for the right person (£32,250 plus for the multi-skilled person with driving experience).

  • Day Drivers
  • Night Drivers
  • Multi-Drop / General Haulage
  • Weekend-Only Shifts
  • Skip, RoRo, Dust Plant Specialist Roles

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 2 (Category C) Driving Licence
  • Up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
  • Minimum 6 months HGV driving experience (preferred, not essential)
  • Strong understanding of commercial driving regulations and safety practices
  • Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading goods
  • Good knowledge of UK road networks
  • A professional and positive attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Own transport to travel to work
  • Complete training as required
