About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic, detail‑oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. You will develop and implement marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive engagement, combining creativity with analytical insight. You will support digital marketing initiatives while backing events and traditional marketing activities, working closely with the Marketing Manager across our small group of businesses to ensure effective campaign execution.
Key Activities
- Provide marketing support and project coordination with the Marketing Manager.
- Write engaging written and video content for social media, blogs, and newsletters.
- Design assets for online and offline use.
- Update and manage company websites & webshop (content, stock updates, formatting images).
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Provide insights and suggestions to enhance current strategies across digital platforms.
- Analytics and reporting – monitor performance with tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
- Market research – stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and platform stages to support strategy refinement.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in a marketing role or similar position.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Excellent time‑management skills; ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficient copywriting with command of the English language for effective communication.
- Video editing, graphic design, photography, and content creation skills.
- Experience with Shopify beneficial.
- Strong organisational skills – can manage multiple projects at one time.
- Great attention to detail.
