The role
Youll own customer projects end-to-end, from handover through to completion, in a fast-moving MSP environment. Youll turn high-level or imperfect designs into structured delivery plans, keep momentum high, and resolve issues before they impact customers. This is a hands-on delivery role where accountability, pace, and clarity matter.
What youll do
Be Fast: Drive momentum and keep projects moving, identifying and resolving blockers early
Get It Done: Take full accountability for delivery to time, cost, and quality
Lead internal teams and third-party suppliers, holding contributors to commitments
Manage risks, dependencies, and change control with clarity and discipline
Provide clear weekly updates to customers and internal stakeholders
Ensure clean documentation and operational handover into live service
About you
Proven Project Manager experience in an MSP or technology services environment
Disciplined, organised, and confident owning delivery end-to-end
Comfortable challenging assumptions and clarifying requirements
Experience leading virtual teams and third-party suppliers
Familiar with PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or similar frameworks
