Back9 Barbecue & Braai is looking for a fire-loving, meat-smoking, grill-slinging BBQ chef. We don’t microwave. We don’t fake smoke. We do it the real way — brisket, ribs, tomahawks, sausage, fire.

If you can:

  • Handle a smoker like it’s your second home.
  • Turn raw cuts into smoked gold.
  • Stay cool while things heat up.
  • Work clean, fast and proud.
