Base pay: £23,809.50 per annum, determined by your skills and experience.

Role Overview:

You will handle inbound calls from the public requiring appointments following a referral. Responsibilities include booking, re-scheduling and canceling appointments on a booking system. We’re looking for good communicators who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with a high regard for efficiency and accuracy. You will have a polite and professional telephone manner, the ability to empathise with the caller while respecting and understanding their needs at all times.
