We’re recruiting for Customer Service Advisors earning £12.25 per hour. In this role, you’ll support both new and existing customers by responding to enquiries primarily through web chat. Training is included to prepare you for this role.
Customer Service Advisor Benefits:

Customer Service Advisor Role:
The role covers a range of technology products including phones, tablets, laptops, watches and broadband. The focus is on delivering a clear, helpful and positive customer experience across all interactions. Agents provide guidance and information to help customers choose suitable products and services. Most interactions (around 90%) are handled via web chat, with occasional scheduled call-backs when needed.
