B2A is expanding, with a number of brand-new football development programmes launching in Bristol. We’re looking to build our coaching team and recruit ambitious, enthusiastic and highly motivated Football Coaches to join us. Our football programmes combine high-quality technical coaching with physical performance, strength & conditioning and player development, utilising our specialist performance facilities at B2A. We’re looking for coaches who want to work within a progressive environment where player development comes first.

- Youth Football Development Programmes
- Football & Physical Performance Programme
- Academy Release & Player Development Programme
- Post-16 Football & Education
- Showcase & Talent Development Event
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Coaches who are FA/UEFA qualified or currently working towards coaching qualifications
- Passionate about developing young players
- Confident delivering high-quality technical sessions
- Professional, reliable and organised
- Excellent communicators with players, parents and colleagues
- Open-minded and committed to developing as a coach
- Comfortable working within a structured coaching syllabus and development philosophy
- Experience within academy, development centre, grassroots or performance environments would be advantageous
- An appropriate Enhanced DBS and safeguarding qualifications will be required for roles involving young people
