About the Role
Front of House Team Member
Full-time / Part-time
Permanent
Up to 40 hours per week
£12.21 per hour, depending on age and experience
A mixture of shifts and hours includes some evenings, weekends and weekdays.
About you:
- Exceptional customer service is a must.
- You can talk confidently to the customers about our products, values and history.
- Show your passion for the brand to every customer and convey what makes us unique.
- Deal with hiccups from time to time. Practice transparency and use effective communication to deal with curveballs.
- Enjoy the energy and pace of a restaurant. Happy to be on your feet all day and shift through the gears when the demand dictates a little more haste.
- Use our systems and structures to deliver A to B.

Byfords is a 15th Century building with tonnes of character. Byfords is our founding brand within our family and has been open since 2000. We serve delicious food throughout the day. Our Posh B&B consists of 20 uniquely designed rooms. Byfords is a fun, quirky and charming business to work for with plenty of opportunities with passionate, hard-working individuals.
