We’re recruiting for Learner Recruitment Advisors to earn up to £24,000 per annum + bonus available. Training is included to prepare you for this role.
As a Learner Recruitment Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for learners expressing an interest in embarking on one of our pre-employment training courses. You will provide information and guidance on our training courses, supporting learners to make the decision to enrol on the appropriate course/programme for them. As a Senior Learner Recruitment Advisor, you will also support the Head of Planning and Performance with daily management activities to support and drive the team to meet or exceed its KPIs and targets.
Main Duties include:
- Calling potential customers to advise and support them to enrol onto pre-employment training courses.
- Providing candidates with effective IAG and course information.
- Carrying out pre-eligibility checks to ensure candidates are eligible for funding.
- Sending out initial assessment links and encouraging potential learners to complete and return them.
- Booking in learners for enrolment with Learner Engagement Advisors.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and cross-sell opportunities.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of the full pre-employment training offer to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and career goals.
- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume, prospecting activities and enrolment conversions.
- Effectively feedback regarding data trends to inform new learner campaigns and improve marketing approach.
- An engaged and motivated approach to business development achieving your goals and contributing to a high performing team.
