- KEY DUTIES –
- Deliver technical support to end users, providing assistance with day-to-day IT issues under the supervision of senior team members.
- Assist with the deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Windows 11 workstations and devices.
- Carry out basic networking activities, including troubleshooting connectivity issues, configuring IP settings, and supporting infrastructure installations.
- Help monitor wireless network performance and escalate more complex issues when required.
- Support the implementation of cybersecurity best practices, including software updates, antivirus management, and password security.
- Assist with software installations, updates, and fault resolution across a range of systems and applications.
- Support user account creation and management, including email setup and access permissions.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and technical documentation within the service desk platform.
