A long established events company in the West Midlands region has need for an apprentice to support their IT helpdesk. The role offers variety in the tasks from day to day and is ideal for a first-time role in the industry.
KEY DUTIES
- Assisting the Technical Service Owner function as part of the Global IT Application support services
- Contribute to an efficient and effective Support service, including adhering to Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indicators and other measures that promote a valuable support service to the business
- Review tickets within Service Management, driving and managing service acceptance using established priorities
- Undertakes daily operational checks (Incident, requests & Problem) as defined and trained by the wider team
