The Junior Insurance Systems & IT Support Assistant will provide first-line technical support across business systems while supporting data security, compliance, and core insurance operations. KEY DUTIES

  • Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and internal insurance systems (e.g. policy administration systems, CRM platforms), diagnosing and resolving common user issues.

  • Support the monitoring of cyber security and data protection practices, identifying potential risks and escalating concerns in line with FCA and GDPR requirements.
