Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • We provide day-to-day IT support to colleagues across the firm.
  • We set up and support laptops, mobile devices, user accounts, and technology services.
  • We manage IT assets, software licenses, and technology inventories.
  • We liaise with our Managed Service Provider (MSP) and other third-party technology suppliers.
  • We assist with technology procurement and vendor management.
  • We support case management systems, document management systems, and Microsoft 365 services.
  • We help create and improve IT workflows, processes, and documentation.
  • We research emerging technologies and carry out market analysis on new platforms and solutions, including AI technologies.
  • We support the evaluation, testing, and implementation of new technology solutions.
  • We assist with technology projects, system upgrades, and business improvement initiatives.
  • We support client security questionnaires, RFIs, audits, and compliance activities.
  • We contribute to cybersecurity awareness and technology best practices across the firm.

We report to the Head of Technology, a key member of our Operations Team. Our technology function plays a vital role in delivering exceptional IT services and in identifying, evaluating, and implementing emerging technologies, including AI solutions. We operate in a modern law firm within a competitive legal sector that is being disrupted by technological advances. This is a varied role with broad exposure across users, systems, projects, vendors, and technology innovation.
