KEY DUTIES * Monitor IT systems and networks for security incidents and potential threats. * Assist with vulnerability assessments and basic security audits. * Support the implementation of cyber security controls and best practices. * Help investigate suspicious system activity and security alerts. * Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls. * Support the deployment and maintenance of anti-virus, endpoint protection, and security software. * Learn how to identify phishing attacks, malware threats, and social engineering risks. * Assist with patch management and software updates. * Help maintain security documentation, reports, and incident records. * Provide first-line support to customers for cyber security and IT-related queries. * Adhere to company policies relating to data protection, cyber security, and information governance.
