We are recruiting for Customer Service Roles earning up to £12.40 per hour across Front of House and Back of House. Each role plays a key part in delivering great customer experiences, maintaining high standards, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are essential for all positions.

Customer Service roles:

Front of House roles involve direct customer service on the bar or floor, including serving drinks, taking and relaying food orders, handling payments, and keeping customer areas clean and welcoming. These roles require energy, enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment.

Back of House roles focus on food preparation and kitchen support under the direction of the Chef, with opportunities to take on greater responsibility over time. Team members must work well under pressure, communicate effectively, and maintain high hygiene standards. Previous experience is beneficial but not essential for motivated, quick learners. Candidates must be comfortable handling all food types, including meats, with development opportunities available for those passionate about a career in the food industry.

Customer Service pay: £12.40 - £12.90 per hour. Additional £1.20 p/h between the hours of 12am-6am.
