We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated IT Support Apprentice to join a Managed Service Provider (MSP) team in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in IT whilst gaining hands-on experience and a recognised qualification. You will work alongside experienced engineers supporting a range of business customers, learning how to diagnose technical issues, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain IT systems across multiple environments. Key Responsibilities * Provide first-line technical support to customers via phone, email and remote support tools. * Log, categorise and prioritise support tickets using the service desk system. * Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues. * Assist with the setup and configuration of PCs, laptops, mobile devices and peripherals. * Support Microsoft 365 environments, including Outlook, Teams and SharePoint. * Help maintain user accounts within Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. * Escalate more complex incidents to senior engineers when required. * Assist with desktop deployments and hardware replacements. * Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, requests and resolutions. * Learn and follow IT security best practices and company procedures.
