KEY DUTIES
- Assist the company with managing their data systems, ensuring configuration accuracy, data integrity, and clear reporting.
- Help onboard new sites and keep asset and infrastructure records up to date.
- Provide technical guidance and user support for internal platforms and tools.
- Get involved in change control, troubleshooting, and applying system updates.
- Take part in disaster recovery exercises, operational acceptance testing, and work collaboratively across technical teams.
