A busy and growing customer contact centre in the East Midlands is looking for an IT & Business Support Assistant to help keep both technology and administration processes running smoothly.
This is a varied role that combines technology support with business administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organised, and solving practical problems.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting Technology
- Setting up user accounts and passwords.
- Assisting colleagues with basic IT queries.
- Helping troubleshoot laptops, headsets, and office equipment.
- Supporting Microsoft 365 applications.
- Logging and tracking technical issues.
Supporting Operations
- Updating internal databases and records.
- Producing reports and spreadsheets.
- Processing documentation and customer information.
- Assisting with onboarding and staff administration tasks.
- Supporting managers with day-to-day operational activities.
Working with People
- Communicating with employees across different departments.
- Providing excellent internal customer service.
- Helping colleagues utilise systems and software effectively.
