KEY DUTIES – * Assist with the installation, setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of smart technology solutions, including IoT devices, network equipment, tablets, sensors, hubs, and connected systems. * Provide first-line technical support by responding to customer queries, diagnosing issues, and resolving problems where possible, escalating more complex cases to senior team members. * Support customers with software updates, device connectivity, system integrations, and the effective use of smart technology platforms, including security, energy management, and automation systems. * Help maintain accurate records of technology assets, service activities, and technical documentation. * Work closely with experienced engineers to develop technical knowledge and practical skills across a variety of smart technology environments. * Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring support requests are handled efficiently and professionally. * Adhere to company procedures and health and safety requirements when working on customer sites.
