We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Insights Assistant to join agrowing training organisation in the East Midlands.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in digital marketing.
You will support the planning, creation, and delivery of digital marketing campaigns that promote our training programmes, apprenticeships, and professional development services.
Alongside marketing activities, you will help monitor campaign performance, compile marketing reports, and provide insights that support business growth and learner engagement.
No previous marketing experience is required.
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys being creative, and is interested in understanding how marketing data can be used to improve results.
KEY DUTIES
Assist with the creation and scheduling of content across social media platforms.
Support the delivery of email marketing campaigns.
Help create engaging content for websites, blogs, learner communications, and promotional materials.
Assist with updating website content and maintaining brand consistency.
Support the promotion of training courses, events, and apprenticeship opportunities.
Monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Assist in producing weekly and monthly marketing reports.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
