What You'll Be Doing Supporting Technology * Setting up user accounts and passwords. * Assisting colleagues with basic IT queries. * Helping troubleshoot laptops, headsets, and office equipment. * Supporting Microsoft 365 applications. * Logging and tracking technical issues.
