A marketing agency in the East Midlands has need for a Junior Content Creator. Full training will be provided.
KEY DUTIES
- Create engaging digital content showcasing products, recipes, behind-the-scenes processes, and seasonal promotions across social media and the company website.
- Capture high-quality photos and short videos of food products, production stages, staff stories, and events to support marketing campaigns.
- Write and edit clear, appealing copy for posts, product descriptions, newsletters, packaging updates, and internal communications.
- Support social media activity, including scheduling posts, monitoring customer engagement, and responding professionally to comments and enquiries.
- Conduct research into food trends, customer preferences, competitor content, and industry developments to inform new content ideas.
- Track and report on campaign performance, using analytics to identify best-performing formats and customer engagement patterns.
- Ensure all content is brand-aligned, compliant with food safety messaging, and meets regulatory requirements such as allergen labelling and consumer transparency.
