We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Support Advisor to join our growing team, based in our Nottingham office. If you excel in a fast-paced environment, communicate with confidence, and love solving problems, this role could be the perfect fit.
You will be part of an important team within Experian and will have the opportunity to promote both your customer service and administration skills. You will start on a career path that offers fantastic career progression and learning opportunities.
Reporting into the Team Manager, you will need excellent customer service skills, which you will utilise to support our clients discussing Credit scores and Business reports. We are looking for phone agents able to deal with complex complaints and queries, also working on our Live Chat function.
