We are looking for an eCommerce Executive to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. You will manage and implement both executional and strategic initiatives on our public-facing consumer website, experian.co.uk. You will play an important part in optimising the user experience, promoting engagement, and supporting business growth through digital strategies.
Responsibilities:- You will help manage important customer journeys across experian.co.uk, handling daily requests for new content production, updating live content, and delivering optimisation tests to improve page performance.
- Provide regular updates and analysis on the performance of webpages and end-to-end journeys; report important conversion and engagement KPIs, heatmapping insights, and session replay findings.
- Optimisation Testing: Lead the delivery of the A/B testing roadmap across core paid media journeys. Attend Agile ceremonies (block planning, stand‐ups), define test briefs, manage development tickets, and conclude tests with analysis reports.
- Work with Acquisition, CRM, and Product teams to ensure the entire customer journey (from initial touchpoint to conversion) is seamless, relevant, and optimised. This includes aligning on campaign goals, messaging, and landing page experiences, and sharing insights to improve engagement, education, and conversion across channels.
- Content Delivery: Partner with Content and SEO teams to plan and implement their content roadmap for experian.co.uk.
- Project Management: Partner with the Product team on long‐term enhancements to ensure new features are effectively represented on experian.co.uk.
- Experience in an eCommerce or website management role.
- Experience with customer journey optimisation and conversion rate improvement.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., GA4) and heatmapping/session replay tools.
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experience managing test roadmaps.
- Good understanding of different marketing channels (e.g., SEO, Paid Media, CRM) and how they impact website performance.
- Experience using Jira or similar ticket management software.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
- Exposure to tools such as Optimizely, Hotjar, or similar.
- Hybrid working – 2 days a week in the office.
