We are seeking a chef de partie to join our pastry team. The successful candidate will be friendly, personable and passionate about all things food and drink. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie looking for a new role in an ambitious restaurant in the heart of Mayfair.
Since September 2025, this restaurant is located in a prime location in Mayfair and aims to elevate the seafood offering in London. Staying true to provenance and with a keen focus on quality, it aims to deliver a memorable and sophisticated dining experience. Featuring an open kitchen and a wood-fired grill, it will offer a delectable selection of seafood and a raw bar on the ground floor in addition to the 104 cover restaurant area, a cocktail bar, and a 24 cover PDR on the lower level.
The Position
As a pastry Chef de partie, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of consistent, high quality and innovative dishes throughout the operation. Working closely with the senior team, you will assist in managing the overall kitchen operation.
If you have the following, then we want to hear from you:
- Previous experience as a pastry Chef de partie or pastry Senior Chef de Partie in a high-quality Restaurant;
- Strong awareness of trends and seasonality of produce;
- A highly creative approach to your work with excellent attention to detail;
- Proven ability to manage, train and motivate a Kitchen brigade;
- A working knowledge of health and safety, compliance and procedure.
