What you will bring to the role:

  • Previous experience of minimum 1 year as Kitchen Porter within a premium restaurant/hotel, open for growth to the right candidate.
  • Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
  • Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items.
  • Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling and chopping vegetables.
  • Ensure that the kitchen is clean and organised at all times.
  • Dispose of kitchen waste and recycling properly.
  • Assist with receiving and storing deliveries of food and supplies.
  • Required Basic English knowledge
  • Support the kitchen team in maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety

This new restaurant will be in a prime location in Mayfair and aims to elevate the seafood offering in London. Staying true to provenance and with a keen focus on quality, it aims to deliver a memorable and sophisticated dining experience. Featuring an open kitchen and a wood-fired grill, it will offer a delectable selection of seafood and a raw bar on the ground floor in addition to the 104-cover restaurant area, a cocktail bar, and an 18 cover PDR on the lower level.
