About Us Lilibet's is a new seafood-led restaurant set within a beautifully restored Mayfair townhouse — once the birthplace of a young British princess. Inspired by elegance, travel, and timeless hospitality, the venue blends classic British charm with Mediterranean flavours, all served in a series of intimate, story-rich dining spaces. With over 160 covers, the restaurant includes an oyster bar, fireside grill, cocktail bar, and year-round terrace. Guests will experience standout seafood dishes, bold cooking, and refined service in a setting designed to feel like an extraordinary private home. The successful candidate will be friendly, personable and passionate about all things food and drink.

Hours & Pay

Full-time Hours Total estimated expected earnings, up to £15.00 per hour.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Previous experience as a Demi CDP within a new opening or high-profile restaurant/ hotel.
  • Prepare and cook food to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage a specific section of the kitchen, such as the grill, sauce or sauté.
  • Ensure that all dishes are cooked to order and served on time.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Order and manage inventory for your section.
  • Train and supervise junior chefs and commis.
  • Assist with menu planning and development.
  • Ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed.
