Our 160-cover destination features an oyster bar, fireside grill, cocktail bar, and year-round terrace, offering an exceptional dining experience in the heart of Mayfair. Hours & Pay
Full-time. Total estimated expected earnings, up to £16.51 per hour. You must already hold the right to work in the UK to be considered.
What you will bring to the role
- As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of consistent, high quality and innovative dishes throughout the operation, working closely with the senior team; you will assist in managing the overall kitchen operation.
- Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie in a high-quality restaurant.
- Strong awareness of trends and seasonality of produce.
- A highly creative approach to your work with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage, train and motivate a Kitchen brigade.
- A working knowledge of health and safety, compliance and procedure.
