Back Market seeks a Product Marketing Manager to lead the positioning and go‑to‑market strategy for our Extended Services Programs. The role focuses on creating differentiated messaging, driving product adoption, and ensuring all customer touchpoints support the program’s value proposition.

Responsibilities

  • Build differentiated positioning and messaging grounded in customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends.
  • Design and orchestrate go‑to‑market strategies in collaboration with Product and Marketing Ops to maximize launch impact and sustain adoption.
  • Craft product narratives with Brand and PR, translating customer pain points into clear, compelling stories across the year.
  • Partner with Product Managers to influence roadmaps, close product gaps, and spot innovation opportunities before competitors.
  • Ensure every customer touchpoint—from pre‑ to post‑purchase—aligns with our positioning, messaging, and brand guidelines.
  • Track launch performance end‑to‑end, using data tools to analyze outcomes and inform future actions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in product marketing, including launching B2C products into market.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills in English.
  • Customer‑first instinct, building from the outside in.
  • Comfort with data and metrics; ability to use numbers to tell stories and drive decisions.
  • Track record of building trust and collaborating across functions at pace.
  • Strong prioritization skills, able to juggle multiple projects confidently.
  • Talent for distilling complexity into clarity for any audience, internal or external.
