Our client is a firm that specialises in FX, founded to redefine the standards of high-value currency exchange. Their strategy is the creation of long-term business relationships with both private and corporate clients, developing new business, managing customer relationships whilst maximising productivity and lead opportunities. High standards of professionalism and strong personal presence are essential in the role. FX dealers are expected to assume a leadership role on the 360 dealer team and assist managers in mentoring and assisting junior staff.
The Role
Our Client is seeking composed and articulate new business executives who comfortably interact at senior management level in high value client organisations. New Business Executives work alongside the Executive Dealers as part of the 360 sales team, comprised of experienced professionals who build and manage individual client portfolios with support from the senior management team. The new business role is varied and offers outstanding opportunity to grow a high value personal portfolio.
- Build a qualified prospect pipeline & Secure new business
- Conduct ongoing research to identify suitable lines of business for FX services.
- Lead sourcing through trade publications, newspapers, conferences, Internet sites etc.
- Telemarketing: to identify decision makers, build relationships, and secure new business opportunities.
- Conduct face to face meetings with prospects where applicable.
- Successful ongoing telemarketing and research
- Maintenance of a prospect pipeline and prospecting records
- Secure referral business through influential customers
- Retain customer loyalty through responsive, cost-effective service.
Service delivery
- Maintain ongoing contact with relevant client personnel.
- Build consultative business relationships with key client employees.

The Terms
This position has a full time requirement and is based in our client's lovely Tring offices. With a basic salary of circa £24K (dependent on skills and experience and open to negotiation), there is an attractive monthly commission structure and an ambitious and friendly team to support the role.
