The Role
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering our clients marketing campaigns, increasing brand awareness through multi-channel efforts, and providing lead generation support to the sales team.
In this role, you will have a high level of autonomy, allowing you to demonstrate your problem-solving skills, desire for learning, and ability to consistently deliver marketing excellence and results.
Create and implement multi-channel marketing plans that deliver on objectives.
Produce engaging product and service content to maximise brand awareness and engagement.
Deliver thought leadership through brand partner case studies, engaging website copy, and blog posts.
Manage the marketing budget and effectively allocate funds by campaign channel.
Regularly update product and content on the website.
Monitor and regularly update all of our clients social media channels, ensuring effective content to grow reach and influence followers.
Design and produce marketing and sales collateral as needed.
Create and deliver comprehensive content plans, working closely with key account managers, the sales team, project managers, and brand partners to create engaging content.
Book and assist in the delivery of brand sponsorship activities.
Prepare regular reports to measure campaign performance for social media, website analytics, and UTM tracking for other channel marketing campaigns where necessary.
Develop strong relationships with key employees and brand partners.
Provide regular research to gain insights into competitors, partners, and the industry.
Assist the sales team with targeted digital marketing activities to generate brand awareness and incoming lead generation.
Collaborate regularly with the global brand and product marketing teams.
Manage trade shows and events as necessary.
Prepare and deliver nominations for industry awards.
Regularly update SEO to ensure the website is fully optimised.
Use reports to identify areas of underperformance and drive campaign improvements.
Book and deliver all on and offline advertising and editorial collateral as required, ensuring it aligns with the brand.
Initiate PR opportunities and secure new media partnerships to further campaign reach.
The Candidate
Role
This role is suited to someone with a broad multi-channel marketing background, a proactive approach to the role, and the ability to take ownership of the marketing function and build on what is already in place. The successful candidate should have:
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager/UTM campaign tracking.
Understanding and experience working with WordPress or similar platforms.
High IT literacy with strong experience across the MS Office and Google suites.
Understanding of Monday.com or similar planning and project management tools.
Ability to use Canva or similar design tools.
Proven experience managing social media presence and content planning.
Experience using Mailchimp or similar platforms to deliver internal and external communications.
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills to report on campaign performance.
Knowledge of setting up and using UTM tracking to monitor campaign performance through Google Analytics.
Proven digital marketing experience across various platforms.
Experience in public relations and managing media partner relationships.

The Terms
This role is being offered on a part time basis of around 24 hours (3 days) per week. Worked across a pattern to suit the candidate and the business. The role will be hybrid with some presence required in the Hemel Hempstead office. A salary of up to £50K FTE* will be available to the successful candidate along with a growing range of benefits.
