Part or Full Time HR Administrator. Creative. 30 hours+ per week. Circa £30K FTE. Berkhamsted/Uxbridge.
Our Client
Our client is a brand and creation implementation agency working with some big names and part of a wider group of creative businesses.
The Role
The role will be based either in Uxbridge or Berkhamsted, with occasional travel across all three studios, including Bradford. Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the rest of the Board, you will act as a champion of our clients' people and imprint your own style and drive forward positive culture improvements within the business.
- Provide Transactional HR Work with Group HR, board members, senior management and payroll team to understand and improve the current culture and HR process
- Help to create a robust recruitment process to include the best channels for finding talent, creating job adverts, selection strategies, interview questions
- Manage UK recruitment including the administration of offer letters and contracts
- Help to build an onboarding and induction process - document and share with appropriate team members
- Support in performance management where required
- Take ownership of leavers process, document as relevant and roll out to the business
- Review and recommend training and development opportunities for staff
- Review and monitor Personal Development Plans across the business
- Manage benefits and wellbeing initiatives
- Benchmark salaries and benefits to ensure market competitiveness
- Track key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absence, time-to-hire)
- Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership
- Adhere to BCorp HR policies
The Candidate
The ideal candidate is a driven and well organised individual who can work in a fast paced environment. They need to be a collaborative and process-driven professional and confident in their ability across all aspects of HR administration.
- Level 3 CIPD (ideally)
- Communication, time management, and attention to detail
- Proficient in managing employee records
- Experienced in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HR Systems
The Terms
This role is being offered on a 30 hours per week up to full time (40 hours). The position will be 3 days per week from one of our clients' offices (Berkhamsted or Uxbridge), and two days from home in line with our blended working policy, with occasional travel to other studios. A salary of circa £30K is available for the right candidate with benefits including 25 days annual leave and profit share. Full time equivalent actual salary will depend on hours worked.
