An excellent opportunity for a highly organised Part-Time Operations Administrator to join a growing renewable energy business supporting onshore wind assets across the UK. Our client is seeking a reliable and well organised Part Time Operations Administrator to support the Operations and Asset Management team. This role is central to the smooth running of day-to-day operational activities and provides administrative, coordination and reporting support across the wind portfolio. Full training provided; no renewables experience required. Applications are welcome from individuals with strong administrative skills from any background who are keen to learn and develop within the role.
Key Duties Include:
- Administrative support to operations and management teams
- Coordinating contractor visits and site access
- Processing supplier invoices
- Maintaining operational records and documentation
- Updating trackers for outages, availability and works
- Supporting health & safety administration
- Liaising with regulators, network operators and metering providers
- General office administration
About You:
You’ll be highly organised, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, and able to manage tasks independently while supporting a busy technical team. You’ll demonstrate:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Able to prioritise multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a small team
- Willing to travel occasionally for site visits or meetings
Desirable (but not essential):
- Previous experience in operations, engineering, utilities or renewables
- Familiarity with contractor management and metering providers
- Experience working in a small team environment
