An excellent opportunity for a highly organised Part-Time Operations Administrator to join a growing renewable energy business supporting onshore wind assets across the UK. Our client is seeking a reliable and well organised Part Time Operations Administrator to support the Operations and Asset Management team. This role is central to the smooth running of day-to-day operational activities and provides administrative, coordination and reporting support across the wind portfolio. Full training provided; no renewables experience required. Applications are welcome from individuals with strong administrative skills from any background who are keen to learn and develop within the role.

Key Duties Include:

  • Administrative support to operations and management teams
  • Coordinating contractor visits and site access
  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Maintaining operational records and documentation
  • Updating trackers for outages, availability and works
  • Supporting health & safety administration
  • Liaising with regulators, network operators and metering providers
  • General office administration

About You:

You’ll be highly organised, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, and able to manage tasks independently while supporting a busy technical team. You’ll demonstrate:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Able to prioritise multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently in a small team
  • Willing to travel occasionally for site visits or meetings

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Previous experience in operations, engineering, utilities or renewables
  • Familiarity with contractor management and metering providers
  • Experience working in a small team environment
