The Role
This is an exciting role where you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding service to customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading shifts at the venue
- Supervising team members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations during all services
- Serving food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of all areas
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
- Providing training for new and junior members of the team
- Playing an active part in developing their social media presence
The Candidate
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Excellent communication and customer care skills
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment
- Supervising experience with the ability to lead a team effectively
- A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Ability to use a variety of hotel/restaurant booking systems and social media platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
The Terms
This role includes working evenings, with core hours from 3-11pm, and includes both days at the weekend. A salary of £30K is available for the right candidate, and the company offers benefits including:
