The Role
- Leading shifts at the venue
- Supervise team members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations during all services
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all areas
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
