With increasing demand and a drive to keep growing, we’re expanding our sales team and looking for someone who wants to grow with the business and play a key role in our next phase.
We’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to drive new business growth across the UK. It’s ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants to step up, take responsibility, and accelerate their progression.
This is a hybrid role with a requirement for applicants that can travel to the office in Bamber Bridge (PR5 6FN) two days a week.
- Generating new business through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and networking
- Building and managing a consistent pipeline of opportunities
- Owning the sales process from first contact through to close
- Building long-term client relationships
- Keeping CRM and pipeline data accurate and up to date
2–3 years’ experience in a fast-paced, target-driven sales role
A self-starter who takes full ownership of their performance
Additional end of year bonus dependent on business and individual performance
Hybrid working (2 days office / 3 days remote)
32 days holiday (increasing with service)
On-site gym and parking
Clear progression into senior sales roles
