Back Care Solutions is a growing UK provider of workplace health and ergonomic office solutions. We partner with businesses to improve employee wellbeing, reduce injury risk, and create healthier working environments. With increasing demand and a drive to keep growing, we’re expanding our sales team and looking for someone who wants to grow with the business and play a key role in our next phase.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to drive new business growth across the UK. This is a high-activity, results-driven role where success comes from consistency, motivation, and making the most of every opportunity. It’s ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants to step up, take responsibility, and accelerate their progression. This is a hybrid role with a requirement for applicants that can travel to the office in Bamber Bridge (PR5 6FN) two days a week.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Generating new business through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Building and managing a consistent pipeline of opportunities
  • Owning the sales process from first contact through to close
  • Developing relationships with new and existing clients
  • Understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Building long-term client relationships
  • Keeping CRM and pipeline data accurate and up to date

What we’re looking for:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a fast-paced, target-driven sales role
  • A self-starter who takes full ownership of their performance
  • High levels of motivation, energy, and resilience
  • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging new prospects daily
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement and maximising results

  • Competitive commission structure (£500 guaranteed for your first 6 months)
  • Additional end of year bonus dependent on business and individual performance
